Islamorada Resorts

We had a few resorts suggested to us, but we chose The Islander. We only had 3 nights and The Islander does not have a nightly minimum. If you are planning a trip, I recommend starting with these three to see if you find a match.

1. The Islander

We booked a king, ocean view suite. The videos below give you an inside view of the room. The website has great photos to represent the space too. The suites are updated and have smart cast televisions. We had an iPad so connecting to streaming APPS worked great. Our room was pasted and clean. The kitchen suite was a great amenity that we were able to utilize by making a quick trip to Publix for a few groceries.

Note worthy amenities:

  • Small
  • suites
  • screened porch
  • outdoor activities

2. The Islands of Islamorada

This resort requires a 4 night minimum. It looked beautiful and has great reviews. We had a friend highly recommend this resort too, but the extra night kept us from choosing it.

Note worthy amenities:

  • Fitness Center
  • Outdoor activities
  • Spa
  • Restaurant
  • 4 night minimum

3. Cheeca Lodge

This was another resort recommended to us. It’s definitely on my list to stay in on a return visit.

Note worthy amenities:

  • Golf course
  • Spa
  • Restaurants
  • Family accommodations
